Sandy Agarwal Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Sandy Agarwal has been leading the revolution in media and monetization for over 18 years. Before founding Swissclear Global, he started a mobile content and advertising company, Landmat , which later merged with Enpocket and was acquired by Nokia in 2007. While at Nokia, he headed monetization of interactive services in Asia Pacific. Prior to his start-up days, Agarwal held leadership roles at Discovery Channel and ESPN often pioneering businesses in new territories.

Often recognized as a thought leader in monetization of digital services, he was voted into the Top 10 Global MobiThinkers List and was founding Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Asia Pacific. Agarwal serves on the boards of several start-ups including some that are of personal interest such as the XDL Championship Series. He resides in Singapore with his wife and two children.

 
Ronald Martin Chief Operating Officer

With extensive knowledge of online payments and SaaS software, Ron served as the CEO of Neovia Financial PLC, a leading global independent online payments company with operations in more than 160 countries. Ron grew the company from 80M to 280M in 3 years. With extensive senior leadership roles in software and payment firms Ron holds a B. Sc. in Mathematics, from McMaster University. He is certified as an Approved Person with the UK Financial Services Authority.

     
Yit Liy Tan Director

Yit Liy has over 15 years experience in the telecom industry engaging in strategy, business development and marketing; implementing and leading teams in the development of mobile-based applications and services.

Yit Liy has a MBA (Advanced) degree from the University of Adelaide and a BSc in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.

 
Mike Baker

Mike has been pioneering digital media platforms for 20 years. Before co-founding DataXu, he was Vice President at Nokia, where he created and ran Nokia Interactive. Baker came to Nokia through its acquisition of mobile advertising leader Enpocket in 2007, where he was the founding investor and CEO.

An active angel investor in digital media, Mike is currently chairman of the board of Nexage, a mobile advertising solutions provider. He holds degrees in law and telecommunications management.

Keith Nilsson

Keith Nilsson is currently a Partner of TPG Growth focused on internet investments globally. Prior to TPG, Nilsson was Managing Partner of Xplorer Capital, a growth equity fund focused on Emerging Markets internet opportunities.

Prior to Xplorer, Nilsson held various executive roles at Yahoo!. Nilsson's most recent roles were SVP of Global Initiatives and SVP of Emerging Markets Group. As one of Yahoo!'s four geographic regions, Nilsson's Emerging Markets territories spanned from Latin America to Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

Gina Garrubbo

Garrubbo is a recognized leader and pioneer in television, digital and social media. She has the ability to create a holistic vision of what is executionally possible and build a scalable business in today's competitive marketplace. Garrubbo is best at launching brands, building teams and creating new business models.

Garrubbo holds a BA from Wells College and sits on the board of Glen Highland Farm and resides in New Jersey with her daughter.
